A special report generator system reduces large quantities of collected data into customizable, easy to read reports with selectable tables and graphs. Industrial Control System - utilizes a tough panel PC with LabView software as an operator interface and FieldPoint with LabView-RT programming for system controls. Operates continuously in a Class 1, Division 2 environment.
Friction Machine Control System - PC Based system utilizes custom software to execute user defined test sequences. Motors, pressure, and operating temperature are all computer controlled. Test data is dynamically recorded during the tests and reports are generated following the test completion. Supervisory alarm functions permit safe unattended operation. Maintenance and calibration tools are incorporated as well as an integrated LAN interface.
